As an enterprise specializing in trading in energy and raw materials for gasoline, oil, and lubricants with a market spread across the country over the years, Hoa Khanh always strives to assert itself as one of the leading units in the Central region, is worthy of the trust of partners and consumers in the petroleum industry. In 2012, Hoa Khanh, with our prestige and potential, became the authorized importer and distributor of Eni lubricants (Italy) in Vietnam.
With constant efforts, we have been honored in the Top 500 Largest Private Enterprises in Vietnam (VNR500) for many consecutive years with an average output growth rate of 22% per year.

From a petrol station established in 1990, after over 30 years of construction and development, Hoa Khanh has become one of the strong enterprises with a wide market recorded with important milestones.
In 1990, the first Hoa Khanh Gas station was established at Co Khi Fork, Hoa Khanh Industrial zone, Da Nang city, which laid the foundation for the formation and development of the company later. It was the first and important milestone. Four years later, in 1994, Hoa Khanh Trades and Services Co., Ltd. was officially established.
In the early years, Hoa Khanh petroleum focused on building a system of gas staion and agents. By 2000, the company owned 06 gas station in Lien Chieu, Hai Chau, Thanh Khe, Son Tra, and Hoa Vang District, Da Nang city, and Binh Son district, Quang Ngai province.
By 2010, Hoa Khanh owned 09 gas station, 02 subsidiaries, and a system of agents, mainly concentrated in the Central - Central Highlands region of Vietnam.
With prestige and development potential, in 2012, Hoa Khanh became the Authorized distributor of Eni lubricants (Italy) in Vietnam. In particular, in 2014, the Ministry of Industry and Trade licensed Hoa Khanh to become a trader in the export and import of petroleum. This is an important milestone marking the development of Hoa Khanh. As of 2015, the company has a total of 12 gas station in strategic locations in Da Nang city and surrounding areas.
With an effective development strategy, by 2020, the company owns 16 gas station. At the same time, the system of agents, distributors, and warehouses has also been expanded with a petroleum depot with a capacity of 3,500 tons in Tho Quang Ward, Son Tra District, Da Nang City. In the same year of 2020, Hoa Khanh was licensed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and related agencies of Quang Nam province and started construction of Hoa Khanh Petroleum Depot with a capacity of Phase 1 of 36,600 m3, in the 88,000 m3 plan, at Chu Lai Open Economic Zone, invested by Hoa Khanh Trades and Services Company Limited - Quang Nam branch. To complete the supply chain operation and efficient management, Hoa Khanh Real Estate Investments and Development Joint Stock Company was established to manage the company's assets, such as offices, warehouses, and gas station.

Organizational structure
During the past 30 years of formation and development, Hoa Khanh has always taken human development as the center and the most important foundation of all operations. That is shown through an effective, compact, clear structure and organizational chart, and taking work results as the guiding principle of all policies and actions.
For the execution of the said strategy, the Board of Directors has the highest responsibility, the departments are clearly defined to operate independently and can coordinate smoothly.
